A) How to Order?


Confirm your order by sending the following details to daytrippercloset@gmail.com. Once your order is confirmed, you wil receive an invoice from us to make payment.

Subject of email: name of collection
1. Item, Colour
2. Mode of payment: ibanking/ATM transfer
3. Normal / Registered Postage

B) Postage
 
Postage prices can vary according to the weight of each item.

1. Normal postage is $1.50 per item, add $0.50 on top of first item for each subsequent item. (for clothes)
Normal postage is $0.50 for every 2 accessories minimum.


2. Registered postage is $2.50, add $0.50 on top of first item for each subsequent item. (for clothes)
Registered postage is $1.00 for every 2 accessories minimum.

3. Other types of postage such as SmartPac, AM Mail, etc, are available on request, with all additional cost borne by customers. 
 
C) How to Pay
 
1. Pay to POSB savings account 404-25391-3. Payment must be made within 24 hours.
2. Internet banking transfer- We do accept inter-bank transfers. Upon completing the transfer, email us your IB nick, transaction number. In the event that inter-bank transfers did not go through, customers are responsible to check with their respective banks at their end.
3. ATM transfer. We will require a snapshot of your receipt with our invoice. Scaned copies are not accepted.
4. Upon receiving your payment, we will send out your item asap. An email will be sent out on the day of delivery.
 
 

Please read all the terms and conditions below before placing your order.


1. DayTripperCloset (DTC) reserves the right to cancel any incomplete order. Hence, please ensure that all information are provided accordingly in your orders. Dead buyers will also be blacklisted.

2. We do not accept cancellation of any orders. Hence, please ensure you are certain about placing an order before sending us an email.

3. All orders are handled on a first-email-received basis. In the event that the order falls through, the item will be made available to the next confirmed buyer in line.

4. Please note that DTC will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mail.

5. Payments not made within 24 hours will be treated as cancelled. Please make payment ONLY upon receiving our invoice. In the event that payment is not received within 24 hours without any notice, we will release the item to the next buyer in line.

6. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

7. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for DTC to get back to you on your order. We would appreciate your patience. However, in the event that you do not hear from us after 2 working days, do send us a reminder in case of lost mails.

8. DTC do not entertain any refunds/exchange/returns unless there is a manufacturing defect and the exchange item is OOS. Exchanges must be done within 10 days from the day the item is mailed out. Items with manufacturing defects must be in unwashed or unworn condition for the exchange to take place. Defected items have to be mailed back to us within 3 working days from the feedback. DTCwill absorb the postage cost arising from manufacturing defects. In the event that the item is not available for exchange, a full refund will be given.

9. Due to resolution differences and lighting effects, there may be a slight disparity in the colour of the clothings photographed and the actual product. However, we always try to present the item as best as we can to our shoppers.

10. All actual measurements may differ by about 0.5 inches.


11. All clothes purchased from DTC are advised to be either hand washed or dry cleaned. Avoid using the spin dry function and use low heat to iron on materials such as chiffon/lace/silk/polyester/viscose, etc.

12. All content and images are owned by DayTripperCloset. Without the permission of DTC, any content or images are not to be distributed or downloaded for personal or commercial use.

13. DTC reserves the right to to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
